My interest in costume began when I started blogging and recreating vintage clothing 15 years ago. I have since then worked in vintage wholesale, costume houses and finally Film and TV where I have found my feet specialising in design and buying.

Since my teens, I have worked extensively with vintage garments, and have learnt to understand particular shapes, patterns, prints used over the years. I've always been drawn to clothes from the past, particularly menswear and thus use them as inspiration for both contemporary styling or to replicate looks from different time periods.

Vintage comes hand in hand with sustainability which is always at the forefront of my projects, therefore I make an increased effort to source both garments and styling kit secondhand.
